Returns and Cancellations Policy

Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every wholesale Mopar part purchase. Please review the following criteria before arranging a return:

Return Criteria

  • Time Limit: All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the parts.

  • Condition: Parts must be in resalable condition and returned in their original, undamaged Mopar packaging.

  • Authorization Required: You must Contact Us to arrange and authorize any return.

  • Documentation: A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used, Installed, or Tried Parts: Any part that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or otherwise used.

  • Electrical Parts: All electrical components are non-returnable.

  • Damaged Packaging: Parts not in their original, resalable packaging.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be charged against the credit issued for all returned parts.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse and return any part we find to have been installed, used, or that otherwise fails to meet the criteria listed above.

Cancellation Policy

An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

  • Special Order Fee: If the cancelled part was a special order from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply to cover processing costs incurred prior to shipment.
