Shipping Policy

Welcome to [Mopar Whole Sale Part Center]. We are committed to efficient order fulfillment to meet the demanding needs of your business.

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Our processing time—the time required to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment—is determined by the part's inventory status:

  • In-Stock Parts: All orders for parts currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day).

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • Manufacturer-Ordered Parts:

    • If a part is not in our immediate inventory and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically takes 2–3 business days to arrive at our facility and will be promptly shipped to you thereafter.

    • Please note that a small number of manufacturer-ordered parts may require up to 5–6 business days to reach us before being shipped.

    • As a general rule, most orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We work with reliable carriers to provide flexible shipping options for your business.

  • Carrier Flexibility: We reserve the right to select the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) for each shipment. Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination to provide the best service or reduce your overall shipping cost.

  • Payment Terms: We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

  • International Shipments: We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Oversized and Freight Shipments

  • Items classified as oversized (due to dimensions or weight) will incur additional shipping charges.

  • You will be contacted prior to shipping to provide and approve the final total cost for any oversized or freight shipments.

  • We cannot guarantee transit times for oversized orders.

4. Part Availability and Backorders

In the event that an ordered part is unexpectedly placed on backorder or has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately. We will attempt to find an alternate part or solution for you as quickly as possible, and you will retain the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
